Sam Biddle Be Creative (Jealous Cow Limited) is not registered for VAT. No VAT is applied to or included in published sales prices.

Post & Packing Charges
- £5.00 for delivery within the UK
- £7.50 for Europe
- £10.00 for the Rest of the World, excluding South Africa for which a charge of £15.00 is made for a ‘Tracked’ service (see below)
Free delivery is offered on orders above £100 in the UK & Europe, and on orders above £200 for the Rest of the World.
Your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order (often sooner). Please note, we do not process orders or reply to enquiries over a weekend.
Within the UK small packages will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Signed For’ service which aims to deliver the next working day*. A signature will be required from the receiver.
International Orders under £75 (excluding shipping) will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard service which aims to deliver to West European addresses within 3-5 working days*, and to the Rest of the World within 5-7 working days*. We cannot track or provide the customer any tracking details for these orders. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery*.
Goods shipped to South Africa – we find many orders to South Africa fail to reach their destination unless we send them by the more expensive Tracked service even for orders under £75, and postage charges reflect this.
International Orders over £75 (excluding shipping) will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked service which aims to deliver to Western European addresses within 3-5 working days*, and to the Rest of the World within 5-7 working days*. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery*. We are able to provide customers with a tracking code for these orders.
* Our service provider Royal Mail aims to deliver goods within the times stated above but delivery can take up to 28 days from dispatch. No orders will be re-dispatched to customers until this time period has elapsed.
Paperless Order Processing
Be Creative does not include a printed paper copy of packing / delivery notes or invoices with your order. Your order confirmation / invoice will be available to download and print yourself from your email Inbox should you need to.
Goods are offered subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock (as can occasionally happen) you will be advised by email and your goods will be shipped out to you as soon as they become available, at no extra charge to you. Back orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class (untracked).
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to email@example.com.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched a full refund will be made via PayPal. If your order has been dispatched before your cancellation has been received please return goods for a refund (as described below), but please note we will not refund the cost of outgoing or return postage. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.
All returns must be accompanied with a letter stating the order number and reason for the return, and returned to:

We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are unused and in perfect condition. We will not accept goods that have been used, opened and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the safe transit of the returned product(s) and any postage charges that are incurred.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty or damaged we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The faulty / damaged goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers.
Faulty goods must be reported to Be Creative within 3 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.
If returning faulty goods customers should inform us by email prior to returning the goods, and await an confirmation email that your items are expected.
Special offers on this site can only be ordered online and cannot be used in conjunction with any other online or offline discount which may be available at the time.
